Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there may be minor delays in shipping time. We thank you for your understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders within the U.S. and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and will include tracking.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to countries where USPS can ship to. Information on which specific country and locality shipping is available can be found here. International shipping is offered via USPS First-Class International Package Service. First-Class International Packages include a Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation® International (E-USPS DELCON INTL®). This is not the same as a tracking number.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. It's Deco Day is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are also not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Purchase at your own risk.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order is domestic, you will receive a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 40 days for international orders, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes within the U.S. and U.S. Territories via USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
