Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Once orders have been fulfilled and left our facilities, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages, as the transit and delivery of packages is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, Ascendia USA, etc.). Purchase at your own risk.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there may be minor delays in shipping time. We thank you for your understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic orders will incur a flat $5 shipping rate or free shipping if the order total (not including taxes or shipping) is $50 or more. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders within the U.S. and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority Mail if larger) and will include tracking.

International Shipping

*Due to recent increases in security and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee an estimated delivery time for international orders. There has been an increase in processing times through customs both within the US and other international countries, and there is a possibility that your order will experience significant delays (upwards of a few weeks to months). Purchase at your own risk.

**Unfortunately, due to new laws that were enacted in 2025 regarding international shipping to the EU, we have decided to stop all shipments to the EU for the time being. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope that in the future we will be able to re-open our store for EU customers!

We offer international shipping to most countries where USPS can ship to. Information on which specific country and locality shipping is available can be found here. If you are unable to input your shipping address upon checkout, we likely will not be able to ship to your address.

Depending on the destination and size of the order, international shipping rates may vary. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping is offered via USPS First Class International Mail or Ascendia USA, an international delivery service offered by French La Poste and Swiss Post. Below is a list of countries that includes full door-to-door tracking via Ascendia USA:

If your country is not listed above, tracking updates will stop at the border after your package has been handed off to your country's local postal service.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. It's Deco Day is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are also not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition, if a package is deemed undeliverable due to various reasons (multiple delivery attempts, incorrect or unaddressable shipping address, etc.), if the package has already arrived at the destination country, it is up to the customer to facilitate the re-delivery of the package. Otherwise, it is very unlikely that the package will be send back to our facilities and will be deemed abandoned and destroyed. Purchase at your own risk.

*Ascendia USA does not provide guaranteed door-to-door tracking to destinations in Mexico. This depends on the tracking number of the label that gets assigned to your order once the parcel is handed off to Mexico's national postal service, Correos de México.

**Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Russia isn't accepting any packages until further notice.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order is domestic, you will receive a tracking number you can use to check its status. If your order is international, you will also receive a tracking number, but please note that it may not provide in-country tracking once it has left the US. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of receiving your shipping confirmation email for domestic orders, or 40 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for international orders, please contact us at hello@itsdecoday.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes within the U.S. and U.S. Territories via USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@itsdecoday.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
