Refund policy
All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
In the event of an order combination where you would like multiple orders to be shipped in a single package, please note that we only allow no more than 2 orders to be combined at once. If more than two orders are placed at once, we will only combine 2 orders into one. Order combinations are also done in the sequence in which the orders are placed; for example, if 3 orders are placed at once, we will only be able to combine the first 2, and the third will be shipped separately. Similarly, if 5 orders are placed at once, we will only be able to combine the first 2, then the next 2, then the 5th order will be shipped separately.
If there are any issues or updates to your order during fulfillment, we will make adjustments to your order as deemed appropriate by our team, and we will notify you of such instances as soon as possible. For example, if your order contains one or more items that are out of stock, we will refund you for those items and fulfill the rest of your order as-is, and we will send you a follow-up email notifying you of this change. If all items in your order are not available, we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees, unless otherwise determined by our team.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction in any way, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@itsdecoday.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Our small but dedicated team strives to ensure that all items are accurately stocked and verified for quality, so we appreciate your patience and understanding with us!
